- 2x’s Junior Ontario Champion: Track & Field; Hurdles (1970,71)
- Junior Eastern Canadian Champion: Track & Field; Hurdles (1971)
- 2x’s Junior Canadian Championship Finalist: Track & Field; Hurdles (1970,71)
- 2x’s Eastern Canadian Champion: Football; Sheridan College (1976,77)
- 2x’s Senior/Semi-pro Ontario Champion: Football; Stoney Creek Patriots (1977,78)
- 4x’s Recipient of “Provincial Achievement Award”, presented to me from the Premier of Ontario, for my outstanding contribution to the Ontario Amateur Sports Program; Track & Field and Football (1970,71,76,77)
- Junior Athlete of the Year Award, presented to me from the Hamilton Olympic Club: Track & Field; Hurdles (1971)
- 1st Canadian Community College Football player to be “drafted” by a CFL (Canadian Football League) Team, i.e. Sheridan College to Hamilton Tiger Cats in 1978
- 1st African Canadian (Black) to be “drafted” by Hamilton Tiger Cats Professional Football Team (1978)
- Competed Internationally in the Indoor World Track & Field Champions Circuit: at age 17 competed against World & Olympic Record Holder and Gold Medalist Hurdles Champion, Willie Davenport; and at age 18 competed against World & Olympic Record Holder and Gold Medalist Hurdles Champion, Rodney Melbourne (the former at the Toronto Star Games, the latter at the 91st Highlander Indoor Games in Hamilton – 1970 &71)
- Canadian Community College: Most Valuable Player of Eastern Canadian College Football Championship Game; Rushed for over 100 yards in 10 carries at Running Back position on Offence, and captured 2 interceptions at Corner-Half Back position on Defence, and ran back kick-offs and punt-returns, all in one game. Only left the Football Field for half-time intermission. Played the full sixty minutes of one entire game of College Football. The Sheridan College Bruins Football Team was Undefeated that same year
- Canadian University Football: Most Valuable Player of the Week; Played several positions – Defensive Back, Offensive Wide Receiver, Punt Returnee, Kick-off Returnee, and captured 3 interceptions, all in one game for Guelph Gryphons University Football Team

Like so many people, I grew tired of worrying how the bills would get paid every month.
I grew tired of working at a job I didn’t really enjoy, and that I knew would never create the life and lifestlye I desired and deserved.
But there was nothing worse than going to bed every night with the feeling that what I was reaching for, felt so far away.
So I decided to do something about it.
Believe it or not, the decision alone did wonders for me. It gave me a feeling of control and hope, which I had never felt before when I used to work for someone else, in someone else’s company, owned by someone else!
And now I know why.
Working from home for myself, in a business owned by myself has been an absolute blessing!
It’s taught me how to work smarter, rather than work harder. It’s helping me make more money, and at the same time create a healthy lifestyle in order to enjoy it. It provides me with an opportunity to meet positive like-minded people, and help them create the healthy lifestyle and wealth they dream about.
